NORTH DAKOTA OIL PIPELINE

Location:

Montana, Wyoming, Colorado

Scope of Work

Spartan was contracted to provide full service design
engineering and procurement support to construct
a 512- mile, 12-inch natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline
that will transport raw, unfractionated NGLs from
North Dakota and Montana to a tie-in located in
northern Colorado.

The pipeline initially transported unfractionated raw NGLs from client and third party natural gas processing plants in a three-county
area of western North Dakota to an existing transportation pipeline in northern Colorado.

Spartan’s complete work scope for this pipeline project was broken down into four phases: project management, procurement, GIS mapping, route
selection and construction management.
