We have provided engineering and design and site support for a well sites and production facilities using TEG dehydration units to dry produced gas prior to sales. We have provided engineering to size, specify, and quote a dehydration units, generate P&IDs and construction drawings for all engineering disciplines for wellhead production equipment.
Spartan’s complete work scope for this project included providing the client with a project manager to oversee and make site visits, a process engineer to size the equipment and generate P&ID’s, a mechanical engineer to perform pipe strength calculations, and a piping designer and project electrical and instrumentation support for the completion of the drawing package for production facilities and well site. Typical facilities have included vertical and/or horizontal 2-phase and 3-phase separators, glycol dehydration towers, glycol regenerators, BTEX Units, Heater/Treaters, vapor recovery towers, vapor recovery compressors, oil tanks, water tanks, tank vapor combustor and HP and/or LP flares. We assist as needed to evaluate bids for dehydration and BTEX units and perform pipe stress calculations to determine proper operating ranges.
